By creating an account and using our AI customer support tools, you are agreeing to these rules. We tried to keep them as plain and human as possible.
When you sign up, we ask for some basic details like your email and business name. You are responsible for keeping your password safe. If you think someone else has gotten access to your account, please let us know immediately so we can help lock it down.
We built Eerina to help you support your customers. Please do not use our service to send spam, spread malicious software, or do anything illegal. We trust you to use the AI responsibly. If we notice an account is being used to abuse people or systems, we will have to suspend or close it.
We offer a free tier so you can test the waters. If you upgrade to our Premium plan, you will be billed monthly. You can cancel your subscription at any time right from your dashboard. If you cancel, you will drop back to the free tier limits automatically once your paid month ends. We use secure payment processors like Korapay, so we never actually store your credit card details ourselves.
Our AI agents are smart, but they are still machines. They learn from the business details you provide. While we strive for accuracy, the AI might occasionally say something slightly off. We recommend checking your conversation logs regularly to make sure the agent is representing your business exactly how you want it to. We are not legally responsible for any mistakes the AI might make while talking to your customers.
Your privacy is paramount. By using Eerina, you agree to our Privacy Policy and our use of strictly necessary cookies as outlined in our Cookie Policy. We maintain system audit logs (tracking IP addresses and actions) to ensure the security and integrity of your account.
As our platform grows, we might need to update these terms. If we make big changes, we will email you to let you know. Continuing to use Eerina after those changes means you accept the new rules.
