When you create an account, we collect your name and email address. When you set up your AI agent, we store the business details and system prompts you provide. As your customers chat with the agent, we securely store those chat logs and the contact information (leads) they volunteer, so you can review them in your dashboard.
Technical & Security Data: To protect your account and ensure accountability, we maintain System Audit Logs. When you log in, change configurations, or generate API keys, we record your IP address, browser User-Agent, and a unique device identifier. This helps us detect unauthorized access and allows you to review account activity.
We use your data to make Eerina work. Your business details are used strictly to teach the AI how to answer questions for your specific company. Your email is used to send you important account updates or password resets. The chat logs are there for your eyes only, allowing you to monitor how well the AI is performing.
We take security seriously. All data moving between your browser, our servers, and the database is encrypted. We use industry standard security measures to protect your account and your customers' conversation logs from unauthorized access.
We rely on a few trusted partners to help run Eerina. For example, we use Supabase to securely store data and Korapay to handle payments. These partners only get the specific data they need to do their jobs, and they are bound by strict privacy rules of their own.

You own your data. If you ever want to leave Eerina, you can delete your account at any time. When you delete your account, we wipe your personal information and all of your chat logs from our active databases. If you need a copy of your data before you go, just reach out to us.
