2. Essential Cookies We Use

We do not use marketing or tracking cookies to sell your data. We only use strictly necessary cookies, which include:

• Authentication (Supabase): When you log in, we store secure session cookies to keep you authenticated as you navigate your dashboard. Without these, you would have to log in on every page.
• Security Monitoring (device_id): We generate a unique identifier for the device you use to log in. This allows our System Audit Logs to detect if someone tries to access your account from an unrecognized device, enhancing your security.
• User Experience (user_timezone): We temporarily store your local timezone. This ensures that all the timestamps you see in your chat logs, analytics, and audit logs are accurately formatted to your local time before they even reach your screen.

3. Bot Widget Cookies

When you embed the Eerina AI chat widget on your own website, the widget uses secure, short-lived session identifiers to remember the conversation history of your customers while they navigate between pages on your site. We do not use third-party tracking cookies across your customers' devices.

4. Managing Cookies

You can control or delete cookies at the browser level. However, if you choose to disable our essential cookies, you will not be able to log in or use the Eerina dashboard.
