Do I need to know how to code?
Not at all. Eerina was built for business owners, not engineers. If you can copy and paste a single line of text, you can deploy Eerina on any website. That is the actual skill requirement.
What if the AI does not know the answer?
Eerina has a strict fallback protocol. If it cannot confidently answer, it politely asks for the customer's email and immediately alerts your human support team via the Live Inbox. Nothing falls through the cracks.
Can I use it on multiple websites?
Yes. The Operate plan lets you create up to 3 distinct bot configurations, each deployable to different websites or brands. Same dashboard, multiple agents.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. Enterprise-grade encryption for all data at rest and in transit. Your proprietary business data is never used to train public AI models. We take this seriously.
What happens if I exceed my message limit?
Your agent won't shut off abruptly. We'll notify you when you reach 80% of your tier's capacity, giving you plenty of time to seamlessly upgrade your plan. We believe in keeping your business running without interruptions.
