By connecting a payment gateway or processing storefront checkouts on Eerina, you acknowledge and agree to the following Financial Routing Terms.

1. Pure OAuth 2.0 Integration Model

Eerina provides automated payment link generation and routing via official OAuth 2.0 integrations (such as Flutterwave v4 and PayPal Partner Commerce). Business owners connect their accounts directly through authorized provider consent flows. Eerina never stores merchant secret keys, passwords, or raw banking credentials.

2. Direct Merchant Settlement

All customer storefront payments are processed directly by the respective third-party payment gateway into the business owner's connected processor account. Eerina is not a Payment Facilitator, merchant of record, or money transmitter for customer orders. Eerina does not collect, hold, or escrow customer order funds.

3. Platform Fee Routing (Pilot Tier)

On the Pilot tier, Eerina applies an automated 2% platform routing fee per transaction (capped at equivalent $10 USD) using native gateway split features (such as Flutterwave subaccount splits or PayPal platform fee parameters). Upgrading to Operate or Command tiers eliminates platform transaction fees (0% fee).

4. Zero Liability for Merchant Fraud, Products, or Disputes

Business owners maintain full legal and financial responsibility for their products, services, delivery, quality, and refund policies. Eerina holds zero financial or legal liability for customer chargebacks, refunds, undelivered merchandise, or merchant fraud. Disputes must be handled directly between the buyer, the business owner, and the payment gateway.
